Under
the watchful eye of our R&D/QA Manager, we operate an active
R&D department as well as a fully equipped Quality Assurance
Lab. We collaborate with ingredient suppliers and innovators in
the development and testing of new items, sauces, spices, and protein
in combination with our vegetable products.
We operate a state of the art Quality Assurance Lab with full microbiological
testing capabilities. Additionally, we utilize the USDA oversite.
We conduct continual quality tests by taking line samples every
twenty (20) minutes at our main lab and satellite labs positioned
at strategic locations around the plant(s).
We encourage and welcome our customer's Quality Assurance personnel
to visit, inspect, consult, and collaborate with us anytime. Finally,
we have a fully documented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
(HACCP) program in place.
